In case of cancellation: |

| A 30% remittance is requested when booking. The booking on telephone should be followed by email or fax, with credit card data or bank remittance. |
Within the 16th day before date of arrival the 30% of the total will be retained. |

| Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. (in case of delay please call us) Check-out: within 10 a.m. |
From the 15th day to the 8th day before date of arrival the 50% of the total will be retained. |

| Children from 0 to 3 years free. Persons not duly registered are not allowed to sleep in the apartments without the owner's authoritsation. |
From the 7th days before date of arrival the 100% of the total will be retained. | |

| An Euro 150,00 deposit will be requested on arrival. | ||
| Guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition it has been found. All damages to things or furniture should be reported immediately. The deposit will be given back on departure, after control of the apartment. | ||
